The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the February 10 PA Bulletin of a proposed Water Quality Certification for a revised Equitrans Pipeline expansion project in Greene County. (PA Bulletin page 945)
The revised project involves construction of 1.1 miles of 30-inch natural gas pipeline in Morgan Township, Greene County.
DEP will accept public comments until March 11.
