The House Environmental Resources and Energy Committee Tuesday scheduled a meeting for Wednesday, April 19 on two bills--
-- House Bill 290 (Metzgar-R-Bedford) changing the members of the Underground Storage Tank Indemnification (Insurance) Board to include legislative appointments (sponsor summary); and
-- House Bill 938 (Evankovich-R-Allegheny) exempting steel slag from the definition of waste under Act 97 (sponsor summary).
The meeting will be held in Room 60 East Wing starting at 10:00 a.m.
