Natural Gas, Coal Bed Methane Operations Must Report 2014 Emissions To DEP
The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the December 13 PA Bulletin notifying owners of natural gas and coal bed methane operations they must report their 2014 air emissions to the agency by March 1.
