Partnership For The Delaware Estuary Pennsylvania Coast Day Sept. 6

Escape to the coast at Pennsylvania Coast Day hosted by the Partnership For The Delaware Estuary September 6, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., at Walnut Plaza on Penn's Landing in Philadelphia.
Adventurers can embark on a Delaware River ferry ride, kayak excursion, and swan pedal-boat ride. Spectators will enjoy the Pennsylvania Tug Boat Festival, model ship races and exhibits. And children will delight in getting their faces painted, winning prizes, and participating in arts and crafts (supplies limited).
You can even see the world's largest collection of Lego boats for a nominal charge. But that's not all! A shuttle will whisk passengers away for a free round trip tour of Philly's West Coast at the Fairmount Water Works Interpretive Center.
