Tomorrow there will be two press conferences on Marcellus Shale related issues--
-- 10:00 a.m. in the Capital Rotunda-- PA Environmental Council will release its recommendation gleaned from its Marcellus Shale Policy Conference in May.
-- Noon in the Capital Media Center-- the Department of Environmental Protection will release its report on the June 3 natural gas well blowout in Clearfield County.
